JIO UPDATES AND OFFERS
Jio has been surprising us for a long time with offers and products.Not only the consumers they have been surprising their competitors as well.Today was Reliance Jio AGM which in which they introduce new schemes and products, offers and also tell about their achievements in the previous months and what are they trying to do.
Below we have given the key offers and updates and new Launches that were announced at the AGM.
Updates to the Jio phone
- Facebook,WhatsApp and Youtube are now available for Jio phone.
New Jio Phone Launched
- A high end model of Jio phone was launched.It will come with Qwerty key pad and a larger screen.Just like the Blackberry phones.
- It will run on KaiOS with few added features.

Jio Phone Offer
- Exchange old feature phone with Jio phone at just RS 501 under the Monsoon Hungama offer.
New Jio Phone 2 is Priced at ₹ 2999 and will be up for grabs from 15th August.
Jio GigaFibre and Jio Giga TV set-top-box
Jio GigaTV will provide ultra high-definition entertainment on large screen TVs (4K support), multi-party video conferencing from a living room, voice-activated virtual assistance, virtual reality gaming, digital shopping and immersive experiences, Mukesh Ambani said at the AGM.
Jio GigaFibre will give speeds as high as 1Gbps and wall to wall high wifi speed coverage.
Also Jio virtual reality was announced which will come in latter.
Jio Smart Home accessories were announced which are also going to be launched very soon.
For Jio GigaFibre consumers will have to register their interest through both MyJio and jio.com from 15th August.
The localities with maximum registrations will be given priority for installations.Maximum registrations from an area will be preferred first for the installation process.
